Start Your Therapy Journey
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. If you're considering CBT, you can get in touch to discuss your needs and whether I may be able to help.
I provide online CBT for adults and adolescents aged 15+ across the UK, with particular experience in working with BPD, anxiety and depression.
What happens next?
1. Get in touch
Complete the enquiry form with some brief information about what you're looking for support with.
You don't need to provide a detailed history at this stage.
2. Initial conversation
We'll discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you'd like help with and whether CBT is an appropriate approach for your needs.
3. Assessment and treatment planning
If we decide to work together, we'll develop a shared understanding of your difficulties and agree on appropriate goals for therapy.
4. Begin therapy
We'll work collaboratively using CBT and, where appropriate, relevant techniques from other evidence-based approaches to help you work towards your goals.
Online CBT across the UK
Sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access therapy from the privacy and comfort of your own environment.

Before you book
If you're unsure whether CBT is right for you, that's okay.
You can get in touch first and we can discuss your circumstances and whether I may be able to offer appropriate support.
Please do not use the enquiry form for urgent or emergency mental health support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services or an appropriate urgent mental health service.
